- A device with Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or fingerprint unlock
- A supported browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge recommended)
Register a passkey (first-time setup)
- Log in to Posttely with your email and password
- Go to Account → Security
- In the Touch ID / Fingerprint section, click Setup Touch ID
- Follow the browser prompt to verify with your fingerprint or Face ID
- Optionally name the device (e.g. “MacBook Pro”) and save
Sign in with Touch ID next time
- Open posttely.com/accounts/login/
- Enter your email or username
- Click Sign in with Touch ID
- Complete the biometric prompt on your device
Add another device
Repeat setup on each device you use. In Security settings, click Add another device after your first passkey is registered.

Go to Account → Security, find the device in the list, and click Remove. You can still sign in with your password.
Tips
- Passkeys work alongside your password and two-factor authentication
- Use the same browser domain consistently (
posttely.com) - If setup fails, try a supported browser and ensure biometrics are enabled on your device
