Connecting Your Google Business Profile to Posttely
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) helps you manage your business presence on Google. Connect it to Posttely to schedule posts, respond to reviews, and manage your business information.
Prerequisites
- A Google Business Profile account
- Administrative access to your business profile
- An active Posttely account
Step-by-Step Connection Guide
- Navigate to Channels: Go to Channels from the main menu
- Click Add Channel: Select Google Business Profile from the platform list
- Sign in with Google: You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page
- Select Account: Choose the Google account associated with your business profile
- Grant Permissions: Allow Posttely to access your Google Business Profile
- Select Location: Choose the business location you want to connect
- Confirm Connection: Review and confirm the connection
- Verify Connection: Your Google Business Profile should now appear in your channels
