  • Schedule and publish content across various platforms
  • Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with team members on content creation and approval
  • Access media libraries and content creation tools
  • Utilize AI-powered content generation features

Our Service is accessible through our website, browser extensions, API integrations, and mobile applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing:

  • Your name and email address
  • A secure password
  • Accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4.3 Subscription Purchase

  • Provide accurate billing and payment information
  • Complete the purchase process

Upon completion, you will receive a subscription confirmation email. The contract becomes effective on the "Commencement Date" specified in the confirmation.

4.4 Plan Modifications

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Pro-rata charges will apply based on the price difference and remaining billing period
  • Downgrades: Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

5. Payment Terms

Discount codes:

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Unused Subscriptions: Refunds may be considered for unused subscriptions after the free trial, subject to our discretion
  • Late Usage: If a subscription remains unused for more than 7 days after the last charge, we may provide a full refund for the most recent charge
  • Annual Plans:Refunds for unused periods of annual subscriptions are limited. If you've used the service for a significant portion of the year, the remaining period may not qualify for refund

To request a refund, contact us at help@posttely.com. Refund requests beyond 30 days from service initiation cannot be entertained.

6.3 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 7-14 business days
  • Frequency-based discounts (quarterly, annual) will not factor into refunded amounts
  • Administrative charges may apply in certain circumstances

6.4 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Payment is not received
  • You breach any applicable laws or third-party terms

7.2 OAuth Authorization

When connecting social media accounts:

  • You authorize us to access your accounts through OAuth 2.0
  • We never store your social media passwords
  • You grant us permission to publish content, retrieve analytics, and manage your accounts
  • You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the platform's settings

7.3 Third-Party Terms

By using third-party integrations, you agree to comply with:

  • The terms of service of each connected platform
  • All applicable API usage policies

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

These Terms are provided in English. Any translations are for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.

18.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
