Understanding Channel Status

  • Active: Channel is connected and available for posting

  • Inactive: Channel is connected but temporarily unavailable

  • Disconnected: Channel is not connected to Posttely

Activating a Channel

Why Activate?

  • Make channel available for posting

  • Include channel in post creation

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to Channels from the main menu

  2. Find the channel you want to activate

  3. Click the Activate button

  4. System checks your subscription limits

  5. Channel status changes to Active

  6. Channel becomes available for posting

Deactivating a Channel

  • Temporarily disable posting to a channel

  • Keep channel connected but inactive
