Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategies, managing our social media accounts, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness, increase followers, and enhance customer engagement. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving our social media initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and business objectives. • Manage and maintain our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content. • Create, curate, and schedule compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our social media efforts. • Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, and foster positive relationships with our audience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels. • Conduct social media listening and monitor industry conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and provide recommendations for action. • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking. • Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences, and leverage market insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and audience growth. • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software. • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong understanding of each platform's unique features and audience dynamics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for social media channels. • Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for design aesthetics. • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize performance. • Creative thinker, with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaign concepts. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for social media and staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
