Great posts need great visuals, but finding or making the right image is where most schedules stall. Posttely AI Studio puts image generation inside the same place you plan and publish. Describe the picture you want, pick a model and a shape, and the result lands in your Media Library, ready to attach to any post.

What Is Posttely AI Studio?

AI Studio is a new page in Posttely, found under Tools in the sidebar. You type a prompt, choose a model and an image shape, and generate. Everything you make is saved to your Media Library automatically, so there is nothing to download and re-upload before you post.

• Two models to choose from: GPT Image 2 from OpenAI and Gemini 2.5 Flash Image from Google
• Eleven image shapes: Auto, 21:9, 16:9, 3:2, 4:3, 5:4, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3 and 9:16, so you can size for a feed post, a story or a banner
• Saved to your Media Library and ready to use in the post composer

Two Ways to Pay: Credits or Your Own Keys

You decide how generation is paid for, and you can use both.

Buy credits. Each image costs 4 credits. Credits are sold in three packs and never expire:

• 50 credits for ₹199 plus GST, about 12 images
• 150 credits for ₹499 plus GST, about 37 images
• 350 credits for ₹999 plus GST, about 87 images

GST is added at checkout. If an image fails to generate, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

Bring your own keys. Already have an OpenAI or Google Gemini account? Add your API key under Use your own keys and generate with your own provider account instead of credits. Keys are encrypted when saved and are never shown again, only the last few characters so you can tell which key is on file. Images made with your own key do not use Posttely credits.

From Idea to Scheduled Post

The point of AI Studio is that the image does not leave your workflow:

1. Open AI Studio from the Tools section of the sidebar
2. Describe the image you want, then choose a model and a shape
3. Choose to pay with credits or with your own key, and generate
4. Find the image in your Media Library and attach it when you create a post
5. Schedule it for the channels you want, as you normally would

Tips for Better Results

• Pick the shape first. Use 1:1 or 4:5 for feed posts, 9:16 for stories and short video covers, and 16:9 or 21:9 for banners
• Be specific. Say what is in the picture, the style, the lighting and the mood in one or two sentences
• Try both models. They interpret prompts differently, so a quick test on each tells you which suits your brand
• Keep text short. If an image needs a headline, add it in the Image Editor for clean, correctly spelled text
