Role description The PR and Business Manager role at Posttely is a remote full-time position responsible for overseeing public relations and business development initiatives of the company. This includes driving strategic communications and marketing initiatives, producing media material, executing social media campaigns, developing and managing partnerships, influencer and community outreach, tracking and reporting on media coverage, and improving brand awareness.

Qualifications The ideal PR and Business Manager candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in public relations, social media management, brand marketing, or related field

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

• Experience managing teams, working with remote and virtual teams a plus

• Proven track record of pitching media and securing media placements

• Demonstrated experience creating and executing marketing plans and social media campaigns

• Experience in Brand Management, Influencer and Community Outreach

• Knowledge of social media analytics and web traffic metrics to assess performance and report on results

• Experience with CRMs, project management tools and virtual tools
