In addition to scheduling posts, Posttely also provides robust analytical tools for assessing the performance of social media campaigns and facilitates active engagement with the user's community.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Chatbot developer. As an AI Chatbot developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot technologies and improving user experience with Posttely's web and mobile software application. You will collaborate with the product team to plan, design and develop chatbot conversations and create responses that enhance the dialogues with end-users.

Qualifications

• Proficient in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).

• Experience with language model training and deployment on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS - Lambda).

• Ability to implement interfaces via APIs provided by different service providers (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and able to work with Rest and Websocket APIs.

• Demonstrated experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

• Experience with version control, particularly Git/GitHub, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with DevOps and continuous deployment/integration models.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
