Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEO - Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an SEO - Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive online visibility for our website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.

• Perform thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that align with our target audience and business objectives.

• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, to improve keyword relevancy, on-page optimization, and user experience.

• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues that may impact search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking. 

• Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.

• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools. 

• Track, report, and analyze key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and proactively identify new opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors in search rankings.

• Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blog articles, infographics, and videos. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic. 

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website design principles as they relate to SEO.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with website development and design processes.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for digital marketing, SEO, and staying ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates.
