Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive our revenue growth. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve company sales targets and objectives. • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our customer base and increase market share. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends. • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Set sales goals and quotas, monitor progress, and provide regular sales reports to the executive team. • Participate in negotiations for major contracts and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and successful agreements. • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies that could impact our business. • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role. • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events. • Previous experience in Sales Director is a plus.
