About the Job:
Posttely is searching for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be utilizing paid marketing channels such as Google, Meta, and other networks to drive signups and upgrades for Posttely. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and Senior Marketing Managers to lead paid user acquisition, particularly focusing on the U.S geography.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid marketing user acquisition across various channels including Google, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Bing, YouTube, Reddit, and campaigns on platforms like G2Crowd and Capterra.

  • Manage performance ad campaigns across search, display, and retargeting networks, conducting thorough keyword research, analysis, and testing.

  • Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to meet predefined KPIs.

  • Optimize campaigns, monitor key growth metrics, and present periodic insights to the leadership to deliver the best return on investment.

  • Own creative ads and ad copy, conducting A/B testing across ads, landing pages, messaging, and copy.

  • Dive deep into metrics, providing actionable insights for management on key performance metrics like CPC, CPI, Cost per Upgrade, etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising campaigns, specifically in Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Ads.

  • Prior experience in Performance marketing in the B2B/SaaS setup, particularly in the U.S markets.

  • Proven ability to identify target audiences and devise effective campaign strategies across networks.

  • Capability to manage budgets ranging from 50-100k USD per month or higher.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.

  • Hands-on experience in Google Editor, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center.

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
