Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ads Expert with expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. As an Ads Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving our online advertising efforts, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective digital advertising strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  2. Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign targeting and budget allocation.

  3. Create and optimize ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad creative to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and quality score.

  5. A/B test ad variations and landing pages to identify and implement improvements that drive better results.

  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics professionals, to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  8. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, explaining campaign performance and recommending optimizations.

  9. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

  10. Identify opportunities for expansion into new advertising channels or markets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  2. Proven experience as a digital advertising specialist with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  3. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

  5. Proficiency in advertising management tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  7. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative advertising strategies.

  8. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
